Shipments are handled as follows:

ITALY: free
REST OF THE WORLD: calculated at checkout

Order fulfillment

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. They are processed within 48 hours of receipt of the order and then shipped after verification by the payment supervision companies. Orders placed during periods of high online traffic (e.g., during holidays or close to important events) may experience delays. Please note that all customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Delivery

Shipments are guaranteed worldwide. The sender, The Luxury Icons, is not responsible for problems related to the shipping carrier.

Upon delivery of the package, the goods become the property of the customer.

Here are some cases that may occur:

• the packaging, upon delivery, appears evidently tampered with: customers are advised to sign for the delivery with reservation or to refuse it;
• the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender: any reshipment costs possibly charged to The Luxury Icons will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer;
• it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package may be returned to the sender. All reshipment costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
